Can I sync a matter to more than one integration app?
Yes, the system has no restriction; thus, you have the option to sync a matter on all integration partners.
The sync is way one - so DecisionVault will push information out to other tools, but it will not merge information or show conflicts.
Given that this is client information that you're collaborating with together with the Client in DecisionVault this is less of an issue, generally DecisionVault will have the most up to date information.
In the future we anticipate to make the sync two-way, or at least show a warning when external records have been updated since the last sync.
