Where will I get a notification when the client submits the questionnaire?
When the client submits the questionnaire, the system sends out an email notification.
The recipients of the notification are determined by the notification settings and by which firm staff is assigned to the matter.

If you want to get a notification on a particular email address, you can add a firm user with that email address and set it as the contact user.
