How to add additional users to your firm?

To add an attorney user under your firm, you can open the user management screen from Settings > Firm > Users > Manage:

From here click on Add to invite the firm users and configure the user's permission to either:


  • Regular User - The user will have permission to view questionnaire responses and clients' documents.

    or

  • Firm Admin - The user will have permission to adjust firm settings, change questionnaire questions and administer users.

You can also set up the security for the additional users by adding a Two-Factor Authentication.

At the bottom you will have the list of all the invited firm users. If needed, you may resend it if the link expired, or cancel the invitation to the workspace.
