How to add additional users to your firm?

To add an attorney user under your firm, you can open the user management screen from Settings → Firm → Users → Manage:

On the next screen you can add new users and edit your existing ones:

You can also set up the security for the additional users by adding a Two-Factor Authentication, and setting the user's permission to either:

  1.  Regular User - The user will have permission to view questionnaire responses and clients' documents.
  2. Firm Admin - The user will have permission to adjust firm settings, change questionnaire questions and administer users.
