How to invite additional client users to a matter?
If someone needs access to assist with filling out a questionnaire, you can easily invite them to the matter. Follow these steps to get them set up quickly.
- From the matter details screen, go to the Client Users tab and click the Manage Client Users button.
Type the user First and Last name and email address and click Send Invite.
After inviting the client user, they will receive an email with an invitation link. Please note that these invitation links expire if not clicked on time. To know more on how to resend them, please refer to the articles linked below.
