What can I do if the client's user invitation expires before they can accept it?
If a client hasn't accepted their user invitation by the expiration date, you can easily resend it. Here's how:
- Navigate to the Matter: In the Matters section, locate and open the matter associated with the unaccepted invitation.
- Open Client Users Tab: Locate the "Client Users" tab .
Resend or Delete Invitation: Click "Manage Client Users" to view a list of invited users.
Find the relevant user and use the "Actions" dropdown menu. Choose either:
- Resend Invitation Email: This will send a fresh invitation to the client's email address.
- Delete Invitation: This option removes the expired invitation and allows you to immediately send a new one.
