What can I do if the client's user invitation expires before they can accept it?
If the Client has not accepted the user invitation before the expiration date you can send them a new invitation email.
Here’s how to send a new invitation email:
- Go to the Matters section, and open the matter for which the user did not accept the invite yet.
- Go to the 'Client Users' tab, click on 'Manage Client Users', then click the 'Actions' button, and select 'Resend Invitation Email' from the dropdown options.
- Or you can delete the invitation and send a new one by selecting 'Delete Invitation'.
