What can I do if the client's user invitation expires before they can accept it?

If the Client has not accepted the user invitation before the expiration date you can send them a new invitation email.

Here’s how to send a new invitation email:

  1. Go to the Matters section, and open the matter for which the user did not accept the invite yet.
  2. Go to the 'Client Users' tab, click on 'Manage Client Users', then click the 'Actions' button, and select 'Resend Invitation Email' from the dropdown options.  
  3. Or you can delete the invitation and send a new one by selecting 'Delete Invitation'.
