How to enable Meeting Dates

The Meeting Date field lets you track when a client’s meeting is scheduled. When enabled, the firm can set a meeting date in their questionnaire and then be used to automatically send reminders if the questionnaire hasn’t been submitted yet.

Reminders based on the meeting date are configured separately. More about that on the related articles listed below.

You can turn the Meeting Date field on or off for each questionnaire style.

  1. Go to Settings → Firm → Questionnaires
  2. Click the questionnaire style you want to edit
  3. Toggle Meeting Date to Yes
  4. Click Save
