How to add plan summary templates?

You can build the summary from the Plan Summary tab in the Matter Details screen. This is where you can draft the description of how the estate is intended to be distributed. To make this process faster and easier, you can create reusable snippets/templates that can be inserted quickly into the text editor by clicking the green (+) button at the bottom of the text editor. You can create as many reusable templates as needed to quickly be used to build the summaries.


Adding & Editing Plan Summary Snippets/Templates

  1. Go to Settings, then click on Customization and choose the questionnaire you need to add the summary snippets/templates for.


2. Click on the Summary tab. You will have two sections to add snippets/templates:

  • Residual Beneficiaries
  • (Remote) Contingent Beneficiaries


3. Open the section, and click the "Add Template" button to start adding your snippets/templates.


4. Add a short name, type in or paste your summary template and then click Save.

Firms can return to this Summary tab at any time to add, edit, or update their snippets/templates.
