Do you have training materials for my new hire?

Getting Started Materials

We have the 'Getting Started Materials' section that can be used as training material for the new hires in your firm. 

There is a link to that in the email that new firm staff users receive with their invite to create an account.
This is the link: https://app.decisionvault.com/getting-started. (need to be logged in to access it)

From that "Getting Started" screen they can click through to a filled out demo matter to try out the functionality on dummy data.

Knowledge base

The new hire can also read/watch the materials in this knowledge base - especially the "Setup Guide" category of articles.
