Can I ask repeating questions for each child or advisor?

It is not currently possible to add custom questions that get repeated for each child or advisor.

However, you can add extra questions below the grid of the questionnaire’s children section:

These questions are asked "in aggregate" for all the children / all the advisors at once. 

Examples: 

• Do any of your children have special needs?
• Are there any concerns around your children that we should know about?

Where do I add these aggregate questions?

Go to Settings > Customization, open the questionnaire, and open the Children (or Advisors) section on the Questions tab. Add your custom questions below the grey fixed block.

Can I ask follow-up questions only when something applies?

Yes. Ask an aggregate Yes or No question such as Do any of your children have special needs, and link it to a conditional section with the follow-up questions. See the article How to add a conditional section to your questionnaire.
