How to disconnect / unsync a matter?
It's possible to disconnect the link between the DecisionVault matter and the matter in your case management tool or CRM.
This might be necessary if you picked the wrong matter, or want to make other changes.
To do so, navigate to the sync screen for the external system you would like to disconnect, from the matter details view:
Scroll down to the "Sync" box, and click the disconnect button:
This will open a dialog where you can confirm you are looking at the right matter:
To proceed, type the word "disconnect" into the input box, and click the green button.
Now you will be able to link the DecisionVault matter again, to the correct matter in the external system.
