How to export a list of client email addresses?

You can export a "comma separated values" (CSV) file with the name, email address and address of your clients.

This can be done from the "Clients" screen, choose "Export" in the top right

On the next screen you can pick which export you'd like to run. There's a difference between the questionnaires that are filled in by the "person themselves" and the ones that are filled in by a representative.

• For questionnaires that are filled in by a representative, DecisionVault will export a list of those representative contacts
• For questionnaires that are filled in by the "person themselves", DecisionVault will export a list of the first client contact on each matter (meaning for married couples it will only pick the person who started filling out "about you" as the first one).

This file is in a format that can be easily imported into Email Marketing tools like Mailchimp.
