How to set gender choices for questionnaire?
On the questionnaire setup screen you can customize how DecisionVault will ask for gender on the questionnaire.
When you scroll down you have the following three options and can also customize the label prompt of this question
Changing the approach with this setup screen only will change it for any new matters - it will not change it for any existing ones.
This is how the choices show up on the questionnaire to follow:
If any of the contacts on the questionnaire have a non-binary choice selected, the attorney user will be asked to input a binary choice (which is not shown to the client user anywhere) before the tool will allow syncing to other tools.
