Can I duplicate a questionnaire?
Yes. Go to Settings > Customization, open the dropdown next to the questionnaire you want to copy, and choose Duplicate Questionnaire:
On the following screen, you'll be able to put in the internal type for the new questionnaire.
What gets duplicated?
- All sections and questions (whether active or hidden) get copied over
- The financial inventory gets copied over
- The questionnaire setup configuration gets copied over
What does not get copied?
- The 'role box' elements will lose their assigned role to save information into - you will see them highlighted in red on the questionnaire customization screen
- You will not be able to change a non-representative questionnaire to one filled by a representative, or change the status of the person from living <> deceased.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I turn the duplicate into a different questionnaire style?
No. A duplicate keeps its style: you cannot change who fills it in (the person themselves or a representative) or the person's living or deceased status. For a different style, create a new questionnaire instead; see the article How to set up additional questionnaires.
Why are some elements missing from my meeting template after duplicating a questionnaire?
Role box elements lose their assigned role during the copy. Open each element on the customization screen and assign the role again.
Are hidden sections included in the duplicate?
Yes. All sections and questions are copied whether active or hidden, along with the financial inventory and the questionnaire setup configuration.
