How do I set a questionnaire to unsubmitted?
You can set an intake / questionnaire back to "unsubmitted" from the matter details screen.
To reopen the questionnaire for edits and trigger a resubmission, follow these steps:
- Go to the Matter Details screen.
- Find the Submitted field on the right-hand side.
- Click the dropdown and choose “Set back to unsubmitted.”
Why this is useful?
- The client will see your custom submit button label again
- When they click it, your firm will receive a new submission notification email, just like with the initial submission
