How to export information from a matter?
You can export the information captured on the questionnaire for a matter from the matter details screen and clicking on the Export button:

The Attorney Full Matter Export will generate a Microsoft Word document with all the information the client has provided (except financial assets)

The Financial Sheet will generate a Microsoft Excel document with a structured list of all the financial asset information that has been provided in the Assets & Liabilities and Income & Expense intakes. This was previously called the "Asset Sheet".

The Client Decisions Summary will generate a Microsoft Word Document with an overview of the client's decisions. It will have all the information from the Plan Summary tab in the matter, all the Roles that have been assigned, and a contact table with all the contacts listed in the document.

The Meeting Template (Empty) version will generate Microsoft Word Document with an 'fill-in' version of the meeting template. You may download this version to run a face-to-face meeting with the clients and note down their answers.

The Meeting Template (Filled) version will generate a Microsoft Word Document with all the information the attorney added to the meeting template (screen) version.

The Contacts Export (csv) will generate a Microsoft Excel document listing all the contacts and their contact details in a CSV format.
- The Assets Export (csv) will generate a Microsoft Excel document listing all the asset entries in a CSV format.
- The Funding Instructions will generate a Microsoft Word document that includes all asset categories and corresponding instructions as set up in your templates.
