How to reorder questions within a section
You can reorder questions within a section using drag and drop. This makes it easier to organize your questionnaire in the exact sequence you want clients to see.
From the customization screen of the questionnaire, open the section you want to edit and click Reorder at the top of the section. The Reorder option appears when the section contains three or more non-fixed questions.
Once selected, a simplified reorder view will open. From there, you can drag and drop questions into your preferred order. After you finish reordering the questions, click Save to keep your changes. If you do not want to keep the new order, click Cancel instead.
Note: Only non-fixed questions can be reordered. If a section has fewer than three non-fixed questions, the Reorder option will not appear.

Why don't I see the Reorder option?
The Reorder option only appears when the section contains three or more non-fixed questions. Fixed questions cannot be reordered.
What happens if I change my mind while reordering?
Click Cancel in the reorder view and the questions keep their original order. Only clicking Save applies the new order.
