How can I remove a section from a questionnaire?

It is not possible to remove sections from the questionnaire; however, you can “hide” them to achieve a similar result. Hidden sections will not be shown to clients who are going through the questionnaire.

To hide a section, click the blue “edit” button on the right-hand side:

Next, set the section to be shown “never”:

Save your changes, and the section will now be marked as “hidden.”

Will hiding a section delete the answers already in it?

No. Hiding only stops the section from showing to clients going through the questionnaire. You can set it back to shown at any time.

What do the other visibility options do?

Besides Always and Never, a section can be shown After Submit, only when a Conditional rule is met, or when it is Manually Added to a matter.
