How can I remove a section from a questionnaire?

It's not possible to remove sections from the questionnaire, but you can "hide" them which gets you a similar result (they won't show up for clients going through the questionnaire).

To hide a section click on the blue "edit" button on the right hand side:

Then set the section to be shown "never":

Save the edit and now the section is marked as "hidden".
