How to set up the integration between Trustate and DecisionVault?
Trustate offers a native integration with DecisionVault that enables firms to easily sync client intake data into their estate administration workflows. The integration setup is managed directly within the Trustate workspace. Asset Categories
To have financial assets show up as the right "asset type" in Trustate, make sure you've set the "General Category" on each of your asset categories.
You do this in DecisionVault you navigate to: settings - customization - (pick a questionnaire) - pick the "financial tab" and click "Customize".
Then for a given category click "settings":
And then select the correct "General Category" for that financial category:
