How to print an empty fill-in questionnaire?

You can export an empty fill-in version of your questionnaire (including all your customizations) for printing - in the following way:

As a firm admin user - open the settings - customization page and select "export questionnaire" from the dropdown:

This will show a dialog screen where you can select whether to include some of the sections that may not be showing by default - as well as whether to include the asset and/or income sections:

When you choose "export" on this screen the tool will export your questionnaire to a Microsoft Word document - in a format that you can export to PDF, or print and give to a client:
