How and where is my data stored?
Your firm's data is hosted on cloud infrastructure in the United States, in a dedicated stack on Aptible, a hosting provider that specializes in applications with sensitive data. All information is encrypted while it travels between the browser and the server and while it is saved on disk, and everything stored in DecisionVault is backed up nightly.
DecisionVault is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Our security controls are continuously monitored, penetration testing is performed annually, and a private bug bounty program tests the application on an ongoing basis.
Anything entered by the attorney or the client is treated as User Data: we facilitate the capture, storage, and transfer of that information as you direct, and we do not share it in any way.
